HRG Rennies Travel is delighted that the Codes of Good Practice on broad-based black economic empowerment are now in operation, as we have always believed that it is critical not only to address equity ownership but also to approach B-BBEE initiatives holistically. This will ensure skills transfer, the promotion of historically disadvantaged individuals to senior management positions and will support empowerment enterprises through procurement and joint ventures.

In terms of the new Codes of Good Practice, we are a level 4 contributor. We are also particularly proud of our Empowerdex A rating and our recognition as a Good Broad-Based BEE Contributor with Unrestricted Operational capacity.
