2010 FIFA World Cup South Africa™ ticket inclusive travel packages

We have available Team Specific Packages (TST) that follow South Africa, participating in Group A. The packages include relevant match accommodation, where required, and stadium transfers from designated points in the relevant Host Cities. We will endeavour to assist with flights, if required, but these are subject to additional cost and do not form part of the under-mentioned packages.

 

The SA TST 7 packages includes:

  • Three Group Stage matches for Bafana Bafana (Opening Ceremony and Match 1 SA vs Mexico on 11 June at Soccer City, Johannesburg; Match 17 SA vs Uruguay on 16 June at Loftus Versfeld, Pretoria; Match 34 SA vs France 22 June at Free State Stadium, Bloemfontein – including accommodation at Garden Court Kimberley)
  • one Round of 16 match ticket (determined by the Group Stage results)
  • one Quarterfinal match ticket (determined by the Round of 16 results)
  • one Semi-Final ticket (determined by the Quarterfinal results)
  • one Final ticket.
    SA TST 7 – Category 1 packages are R 55 275-00 per package (which includes the Opening match & the Final)
    SA TST 7 – Category 2 packages are R 41 095-00 per package (which includes the Opening match & the Final)

     

    The SA TST 5 packages includes:

    TST 3 – Category 3 packages are R 12 920-00 per package

     

    We know there often is much confusion regarding the games people can attend if they have purchased packages with tickets that go onto the Round of 16 and onwards and we have taken this information directly from FIFA’s website explaining it:

    If your team is eliminated and your TST Series includes rounds after your team has been eliminated, your TST will remain valid to follow the team that progresses into the next round of the competition as indicated below.

    Please note the purchase of these packages are governed by various rules, including

  • We are only allowed to sell to South African citizens or permanent residents and require South African Identity numbers on reservation of packages
  • Full, non-refundable payment is required on confirmation of your requested package
  • We may not book more than 4 ticket packages per one household
  • We require a full residential address per ticket package

    Accommodation
    As previously indicated there is a significant shortfall of rooms for the World Cup. We are however pleased to advise that through our Destination Management Company (DMC) we may be able to assist with accommodation for group bookings (10 or more people) for extended periods. Although accommodation is limited there is still availability.

    The Steenberg Hotel

     
    Ground transport

    Again, through our DMC we have access to a fleet of transfer vehicles in the Johannesburg and Cape Town areas.

    Any request for transfers during the June/ July period can be sent through to us and we will try and assist where possible.
